How to check Status of Work Orders

Each time you send a request to imssupport@iupat.org you will get a reply with the subject being “(ID XXXXX) New Work Order Received”, within this email are three links to do the following items, you can also follow the directions below if you no longer have those original emails.

Append

To Add Additional Information to a Work Order

Each time you send a request to imssupport@iupat.org you will get a reply with the subject being “(ID XXXXX) New Work Order Received”, if you reply to this email, you can add to the Work Order.

You can also send an email to Support with the subject being “APPEND:XXXXX” where XXXXX is the Work Order Number.  The Body of your email will be added as a Note to the Work Order

 

Single WO Status Request

To Request an Updated Status of a Work Order

Send an email to Support with the subject being “STATUS” and put the Work Order Number in the Body of your email.

[ht_message mstyle=”alert” title=”” show_icon=”true” id=”” class=”” style=”” ]You must be the Current Requestor of the Work Order in order to see the status.  If you are denied, send an Append Email to the Work Order to ask the Technician for an update.[/ht_message]

To Request an Update Status for All of you recent Work Orders

Send an email to Support with the subject being “ALLSTATUS”
