Dues Assessments create a Monthly or Quarterly charge to the Active Members Dues Balance for the period being assessed.
Only Members not yet paid through the period will be assessed for the period during the assessment. Members already paid through the assessment period would have been assessed at the time of payment.
Keeping Dues Profiles Current Does the following:
1) Keeps Member Balances Current (Members can see their balances on MMP)
2) Keeps the Balance Report Up To Date
3) Allows Financial Secretaries to use the Arrears Listing for Member Suspension
