How to Set Up a Dues Label Printer

Required Hardware

We recommend the Brother QL-810 Label Printer.  This is the only label printer we support at this time and the only brand that will work with the Label Tape supplied by the International Office.

Assembly

When first starting to use the Dues Labels, you should receive a Label Cartridge Assembly

You should have the left, right, and center piece along with the Label Roll

Insert the Center Piece through the Left Piece making sure the Alignment Peg goes through the hole on the center brace

Once Complete the Center Brace should be flush with the outside of the Left Piece

Lay the Cartridge on the table with the Left Side facing Down, and the center piece pointing up, place the Label Roll onto the center piece making sure the labels spin the correct way.

Finally Place the Right Piece on the center piece, noting the notches should line up, press down to lock these pieces together.

You can now load this completed label cartridge into your Brother Label Printer.  Manually feed the label through the front, close the lid and press the feed button twice, then cut.  You should now be ready to print labels from IMSe.

Software Settings

To set up the default settings on the printer, go to your computer Devices and Printers and Right Click on the Brother Label Printer
