Member Signatures on Applications
We have noticed a large amount of incorrect signature response values in the Member Records. Please note the following rules for signature responses:
Political Contribution – Both an Amount and a Signature are required in order for Approval to be considered a YES
Representation – Only a Signature is required in order for Approval to be a YES
Dues Check-Off – A signature or Dues Deduction Card is required in order for Approval to be considered a YES (Upload the Dues Deduction Card to IMSe)
As the International Office reviews uploaded applications, we are going through and modifying these signature responses based on the scanned application.
