How to Find Who is Eligible for Nominations

IMSe can generate a list of Nomination Eligible Membership based on the rules in Section 154(a)(1) of the General Constitution.  Any other Nomination Eligibility will need to be verified by the Local Union Financial Secretary per Section 155(d) of the General Constitution.

IMSe Process

Go to Member Management – Membership

  1. Click Search
  2. Enter your DC/LU that is going to have Elections in the Basic Search
  3. Click on the Advanced Search Header
  4. Enter the Nomination Date in the “Nomination Eligibility” Box
    1. This is the date Nominations will occur.
  5. Click Search
  6. IMSe will result the members who have been Active and Not Suspended for the last two years.

How to Print an Eligibility List

  1. Follow the Steps above
  2. Change and Select Fields so that you can result with data pertaining to this search
  3. Click Search
  4. Open the .csv export from the bottom right of the search results
  5. Edit the file within Excel
  6. File – Print
