District Council and Local Union Bylaws approved since August 2015 are available to View from IMSe. Each time bylaws are Revised the new version will be added to IMSe.
Go to IU DC LU Profile
Search for the DC/LU in the Affiliated Unions Tab
Click Search
Click on the PDF next to the Bylaws Approved Date

Go to IU DC LU (just like viewing the DC and Local Bylaws).
The link to the Constitution (PDF icon) is on the Summary Home Screen under the Constitution approved date.
